Who we are

This website is run by Xpress Waste Removal ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information you give us. You can contact us at xpresswasteremovals@gmail.com or on 07351 185715.

What information we collect

When you ask us for a quote or book a job, by form, phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect:

• your name, phone number and email address
• the address or postcode where the collection will take place
• details and photos of the items you want removed
• payment and booking records if you use our service

Please avoid including other people or personal documents in your photos.

How we use it

• to give you a quote and arrange your collection (this is needed to enter into a contract with you)
• to keep records we must keep by law, such as waste and tax records (legal obligation)
• to deal with any questions or complaints (legitimate interests)

We never sell your information, and we won't send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We only share your information when we need to. Our website and quote form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf. We use Google (Gmail) for email and WhatsApp for messages. These companies may process your information outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We may also share information with regulators, such as the Environment Agency, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead with a quote, we delete your details within 12 months. If you use our service, we keep booking, payment and waste records for 6 years to meet legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. To do any of these, contact us using the details above.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
